Prior to forming SFP, Sonia spent three years as the producer for the Ambassador Theatre Group. Before joining ATG she was the producer and co-founder of Out of Joint, now one of Britain's leading theatre companies. From 1989 to 1993 she was a producer at the National Theatre, specialising in touring productions and theatre for young people.
Diane established and ran the National Theatre's Contracts Department from 1987 to 2001. In 2001 she joined the Ambassador Theatre Group as Business Affairs Manager and in 2005 joined SFP full-time as General Manager.
Before joining SFP, Pam was, for 12 years, the Production Co-ordinator at the Really Useful Group. During her time at RUG she supervised over 20 major Really Useful productions not only in London but across Europe and in America.
Senior Associate Producer
Prior to joining SFP, Ros has been General Manager at the Almeida Theatre, The Old Vic and most recently Associate Producer at the National Theatre.
Ben worked at SFP for four years from 2010 and after a short stint at the Donmar Warehouse re-joined SFP in 2015. He studied English and Theatre at the University of Warwick, where, amongst producing numerous productions, he produced Europe’s largest student arts festival.
Simon has previously worked at the Ambassador Theatre Group, the Donmar Warehouse and, most recently, as Production Supervisor at Playful Productions, where he worked for over eight years on West End and touring productions, both in the UK and internationally.
Originally an intern, Charlie re-joined SFP in 2015 after working in the subsidised sector at Hampstead Theatre.
David started his theatre career at the Royal Court Theatre in 2009 before moving to SFP in 2011.
Lucy graduated from Loughborough University with a degree in Drama and has previously worked with the National Youth Theatre, Birmingham Repertory Theatre and, most recently, as a Production Coordinator at Playful Productions, where she worked for over five years on West End and UK touring productions.
Originally from Dublin Aaron completed an MA in Producing from Birkbeck. As a freelance producer Aaron has produced work at Theatre Royal Stratford East, The Old Vic, The Finborough, Southwark Playhouse & many more. Before joining SFP, Aaron was part of the General Management team for the UK & Ireland tour of Jersey Boys and the Assistant General Manager for Back To The Future The Musical and the new UK & Ireland tour of Grease.
Prior to joining SFP, Liz worked as the Associate Producer at Headlong and the Assistant Producer at the Almeida Theatre, after starting her career at the Bush Theatre. She has toured shows across the UK and internationally, and has also produced work independently on the fringe. She is a board member for Dante or Die theatre company.
Prior to joining SFP, Matt worked as Festivals Programmer and Producer for Underbelly. He was the Creative Producer for Tristan Bates Theatre and The Actors Centre, and was Associate Producer at St. James Theatre (The Other Palace) where he was part of the team that founded and established the theatre. Matt has also produced and general managed productions independently across the UK.
Aimee graduated in 2015 from the University of Leeds with a degree in Theatre & Performance. Having completed internships at Kenny Wax Ltd. and AKA, Aimee also worked as a Chaperone and Children’s Administrator on a number of West End productions before joining SFP in September 2018.
Azera joined SFP in 2018, she previously worked at the Arcola Theatre, the Ambassador Theatre Group and, most recently as Executive Administrator at the Donmar Warehouse, after assisting Kate Pakenham. Prior to this, she studied Theatre Studies at Lancaster University.
Ben first worked at SFP as a runner on Dreamgirls, Nice Fish and Harry Potter and the Cursed Child. He completed an English Literature degree from King’s College, London, then studied Creative Producing at Central School of Speech and Drama.
Sarah previously worked as a freelance Assistant Stage Manager across numerous productions in the West End. She studied English Literature with Drama at Oxford Brookes University and joined SFP in 2019.
Prior to joining SFP in February 2020, Jack worked for Underbelly as their Artist Liaison Coordinator and spent time with Jamie Wilson Productions. He studied Arts Management at the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama.
Jack joined SFP in April 2017 having previously worked at the Ambassador Theatre Group in the Property and Operations Department. Jack started as an ATG Intern and previously studied English Literature and Theatre Studies at Queen Mary, University of London.
Hilary joined SFP in January 2018. Hilary qualified as a solicitor at the media law firm Sheridans. She then went on to pursue a career as a business affairs lawyer in the music industry working for major music publishing companies such as BMG and Warner Chappell.

Lucie cut her teeth at the Royal Court Theatre and Cheek by Jowl before joining SFP in 2006.
Deputy Head of Creative Development (Maternity Cover)
Before joining SFP, Imogen was Director of Taking Part, at the Young Vic for 7 years. Before that she was the Director of Theatre at the BRIT School of Performing Arts.
Matt was a theatre critic and arts journalist, writing regularly for The Guardian, the Financial Times and Variety, before joining the team at SFP in October 2019.
Production and Development Associate
Emma was previously Stage One Apprentice at Neil Laidlaw Productions and has worked as Associate Producer at FOUND111, Assistant to Nick Starr and Nick Hytner at London Theatre Company and Commissioning Editor for New Writing at Oberon Books. She is Co-Artistic Director of Antic Face and studied English Literature at Cambridge.
Jack Bradley joined SFP in 2007. He was Literary Manager at the National Theatre from 1994-2006 advising on the repertoire for Richard Eyre, Trevor Nunn and Nicholas Hytner. From 1989-1994 he worked in new play development at the Soho Theatre.

Scott joined SFP in May 2017 after studying MA Arts Management at Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama. Prior to this, he studied BA English Literature and History at University of York.

Amy joined SFP in 2018, having previously worked in E-Commerce for the Ambassador Theatre Group for two years. Prior to this she studied MA Arts Administration and Cultural Policy at Goldsmiths College, University of London.
Farah joined SFP in November 2019, having previously worked as an Account Executive at Dewynters and a Relaxed Performance Project Manager at Mousetrap Theatre Projects. Farah also previously worked with Flying Banana Children’s Theatre in Moscow, Russia. Prior to this, Farah studied Linguistics at University College London.

Emma-Louise joined SFP in 2018 having worked for ATG for five years in roles including Ticketing Manager at the Apollo Victoria Theatre and Pricing and Revenue Analyst for ATG’s regional venues and touring productions. During this time, Emma-Louise has completed ATG’s two year leadership course, Rising Stars.
Senior Sales and Ticketing Co-ordinator
Shane joined SFP in August 2019 having previously worked for AKA as a Junior Ticketing Manager. He has also held positions at Delfont Mackintosh Theatres as Deputy Box Office Manager at both the Prince of Wales and Victoria Palace theatres. In his native Australia, Shane spent five years working as both a Box Office Supervisor and National Group Bookings Consultant for Ticketmaster.

Patrick joined SFP in November 2019 after previously working as an account lead at Dewynters for 2 years and Adam Kenwright Associates for 4 years. Prior to this he studied classical music at the University of Leeds.
Kate joined SFP in 2018. She previously worked as a shared Marketing and Production Assistant for Helen Snell Ltd and BOS Productions Ltd.
Executive Production Assistant to Sonia Friedman
Patrick first worked at SFP as an intern during the Summer of 2016. After graduating from King’s College London in 2017 – he joined SFP full-time as Executive Assistant to Sonia Friedman. In August 2018 he went on to become Assistant to the Directors on the West End transfer of The Inheritance and latterly the Rehearsal Assistant on All About Eve. He returned to SFP in March 2019 in the new role of Executive Production Assistant to Sonia Friedman.

Amelia studied Theatre and Performance at the University of Cape Town. After moving to London she worked as a Stage Manager on a variety of theatre productions and produced short films. She joined Sonia Friedman Productions in the position of Office Administrator in 2018, before holding her current post.

Dan has previously worked at literary agencies in New York and London including Curtis Brown and, more recently, Peters Fraser & Dunlop where he worked as Assistant to the CEO Caroline Michel then as Associate Agent for Broadcast and Live Events.
Max Davey gained a BA in Theatre and Performance at Goldsmiths University graduating in 2014 and an MA in Acting at Drama Centre London graduating in 2017. Before joining SFP Max worked at the National Theatre and as an Arts Administrator at the Arcola Theatre.
Amy graduated in 2014 from the University of Southampton Solent with a degree in Performance. Amy joined Sonia Friedman Productions as a runner before becoming Office Assistant in the spring of 2018.
Productions Finance Director
Sarah joined SFP from Mark Rubinstein Limited, where she was Head of Finance. Prior to that, she held roles as Head of Group Finance at the Ambassador Theatre Group and Head of Financial Reporting at Iglo Foods Group, the owner of Birds Eye. She originally trained as a Chartered Accountant with one of the Big 4 accounting firms and worked in their London and New York offices.
Productions Finance Controller
Melissa began her career in finance at the age of 18 and for the last fourteen years has been at the Ambassador Theatre Group managing the production finance team who are responsible for all of SFP’s shows.

Sarah started work in ATG’s finance department in 1999 as an office junior before moving onto Accounts Payable and then finally joining Production Accounts in 2007.
Production Accounts Assistant
Rebecca has been working in finance for three years, she joined the productions finance team in May 2015. She previously worked with military accounts in Surrey.

Thomas began his theatre career in his home country of Canada before moving to London to work for Disney Theatrical Group. He joined SFP in 2017.
New York Assistant to SFP
Brittany joined SFP New York in 2017 having previously worked at (RED), a non profit organisation created by Bono and Bobby Shriver, as the Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer. She graduated from The American Musical and Dramatic Academy with the Integrated Program studying Musical Theatre Performance.
