Sonia Friedman Productions wins 4 Olivier Awards, including Best New Play

We are delighted to announce that Jez Butterworth’s The Ferryman was awarded 3 Olivier Awards at last night’s ceremony, taking home Best New Play, Best Director (Sam Mendes) and Best Actress for Laura Donnelly’s performance as Caitlin Carney.

Bertie Carvel was also amongst last night’s winners for his portrayal of Rupert Murdoch in James Graham’s Olivier-nominated Ink, taking home the award for Best Supporting Actor.
