‘Marmalade’, the next single from the critically acclaimed new production PaddingtonTM The Musical has been released on Decca. Currently running at the Savoy Theatre, the musical is nominated for 11 Olivier Awards, 15 WhatsOnStage Awards and 4 Critics’ Circle Awards.
During the show, the spectacular condiment-based number – sung by James Hameed (voice of Paddington, Tom Edden (Mr Curry) and the ensemble, with music and lyrics by Tom Fletcher – leads to a sing-along with the audience.
Packed with show-stopping songs, dazzling choreography, mischief and mayhem at every turn – and of course, marmalade sandwiches – PADDINGTONTM THE MUSICAL is based on A Bear Called Paddington written by Michael Bond and the film ‘PADDINGTON’, by special arrangement with STUDIOCANAL.
The album, ‘Paddington The Musical - Original Cast Recording’, recorded with the complete West End cast, and full orchestra at Abbey Road Studios, will be released by Decca on 22 May 2026. Music and Lyrics are by Tom Fletcher and the album is produced by Matt Brind. Paddington The Musical is currently running at the Savoy Theatre – booking until 30 May 2027.
