THE HOME PLACE

This production began performances on 25th May and closed on 13th August 2005.

'Brian Friel's latest play, The Home Place, shows time running out for a 19th century Anglo - Irish landlord in Donegal. The politics of home rule are creeping upon the landowners, and the consequences are allowed to reverberate in the music of the drama and the humanity of the characters.
